  Sabine Gempel, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist and Assistant Professor at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, Department of Physical Therapy. She is a Board-Certified Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Clinical Specialist and has practiced in the outpatient and acute care settings at UM Hospital since graduating from University of Miami's Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in 2013. She is also the Program Director for the UM-JRH Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy Residency. Dr. Gempel has completed training and certification in Pilates, Myofascial Release, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Whole Foods, Plant-Based Nutrition.
