Dr. Ross J. Scalese received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at David Grant Medical Center and a research fellowship in medical education at the Gordon Center for Research in Medical Education at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Scalese is a founding Fellow of the Academy of Medical Educators at the Miller School of Medicine. His special interests and research focus is on innovative uses of simulation for competency-based training and assessment.
