Dr. Richard Gorniak is an Associate Professor of Radiology at the University of Miami, where he has been a faculty member since 2021. He earned his M.D. from New York University in 1998 and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994. With a strong academic and clinical background, Dr. Gorniak has held several key positions in radiology, including faculty appointments at Thomas Jefferson University and Harvard Medical School. He also completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Board-certified by the American Board of Radiology since 2003, Dr. Gorniak brings years of expertise in radiology and neuroradiology, with significant contributions to both teaching and patient care.
