Dr. Kronenfeld's primary clinical and research interests include benign hematology, with an emphasis on pediatric anticoagulation, coagulation disorders, and women/girls with bleeding disorders. She currently leads the Holtz Anticoagulation Stewardship Program which aims to optimize the safe use of anticoagulants for hospitalized children at Holtz Children's Hospital. Dr. Kronenfeld has numerous publications in the fields of hemostasis and thrombosis and has been recognized nationally and internationally for her work. She was induced into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society through the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and has received various teaching and mentorship awards.
