Biography
Dr. Oleksandr Kryvenko completed his residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan and his fellowship at the Johns Hopkins University under Dr. Jonathan Epstein before joining the faculty at the University of Miami in 2013. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. Dr. Kryvenko has published over 130 + papers primarily on the pathology of the genitourinary system which is his area of expertise where he maintains an extensive consultation practice.

Research Interests
I have reviewed all radical prostatectomies from 2013 to present with detailed analysis of each tumor nodule including grade, stage, and margin status. I created a detailed pathology focused radical prostatectomy database. We have had a few inter-departmental publications generated from this database and some of those publications were changing the historical dogmatic understanding of select clinicopathological concepts of prostate cancer.
