  Dr. Tasleem Arif is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. He received a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) from the University of Delhi, India, and a PhD from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Israel, followed by post-doctoral training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, studying the mitochondrial regulation in normal and malignant hematopoiesis.
