  I am a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Miami/ Miller School of Medicine. I finished my postdoctoral training from the Cleveland Clinic. My research centers on steroid metabolism and its effects on the androgen receptor (AR), which are important for activating prostate cancer cells. A principal focus is developing novel liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) methods to investigate androgen activity in prostate cancer.
