  Dr. Nares graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Zoology, he then received his MD from the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine in 1993.
  He completed his Pediatric Residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System in 1996, and his Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Fellowship in 1999.
  He was an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Columbia University from 1999-2003 and joined the University of Miami faculty in 2003.
