Dr. Benites Kaplan holds a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) from Northeastern University, specializing in Higher Education Administration with an emphasis on Curriculum, Teaching, Learning, and Leadership. With nearly two decades of experience in higher education, Dr. Benites Kaplan has developed expertise in:Instruction and assessment, Instructional design, Curriculum development and Continuing quality improvement and Qualitative research methodologies.
Dr. Benites Kaplan currently serves as an Assistant Professor, Director of Continuous Quality Improvement CQI, and Assistant Director of Faculty Development.
