Dr. Deshpande is an Assistant Professor at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and is double board-certified in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He completed his training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of California, San Diego, where he later served as faculty in multimodal pain management before joining the clinical team at the University of Miami.
His clinical interests include neuromodulation and minimally invasive interventional pain therapies. He provides comprehensive care for a wide range of spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
