Biography
Dr. Joslyn Gober is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She completed her internship in internal medicine at in Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, followed by Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident. She then pursued a subspecialty in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine at Texas Children’s Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine. She has since returned to Miami to join the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as faculty to develop the Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine division. She is dual board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She currently provides inpatient and outpatient clinical care to individuals with various conditions resulting in disabilities or functional decline. -

Dr. Joslyn Gober is passionate about caring for children with disabilities and their families or supportive caregivers. Because of the huge impact pediatric rehabilitation medicine can have on their lives, she is also committed to teach others about this specialty and all it entails. She is dedicated to current and future students, residents, fellows, and mentees in supporting them and guiding them to succeed in their individual goals and endeavors. Dr. Joslyn inspires to instill dedication, motivation, growth, and enthusiasm in both their professional and personal lives. -
