  Dr. Spoont grew up in South Florida and returned to Miami for medical school at the University of Miami in 2009. She also completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology and her fellowship in Breast Imaging at UM. After finishing her training, Dr. Spoont stayed on as a faculty attending at UM in the breast imaging section. Her outside interests include spending time with her family, travel, outdoor activities, and reading.
