The study is testing two new experimental drugs called pozelimab and cemdisiran. It is focused on people who have a condition called geographic atrophy (GA), which happens in the later stages of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). AMD is an eye problem that affects the sharp, central vision people use to see whats right in front of them. The goal of the study is to find out how safe and effective cemdisiran is by itself and when combined with pozelimab. Researchers want to see if these drugs can slow down the worsening of GA.

The purpose of this study is to collect information about how doctors and patients treat a condition called geographic atrophy (GA) caused by age-related macular degeneration (AMD) using a medicine called ACP. This is an observational study, which means researchers are only watching and collecting information they are not giving specific rules about how often patients must visit the doctor or how they should be treated. Patients will not get any medicine from the study itself. Doctors will continue treating their patients the way they normally would, and the study will just gather information from regular medical visits and care. The goal is to better understand real-world treatment patterns without changing anything about normal care.
