Izidore Lossos, M.D., is a Professor of Clinical Medicine and Director of the Lymphoma Program at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he holds an endowed chair. He earned his medical degree from Hadassah School of Medicine at Hebrew University in Jerusalem and completed his residency and fellowship in hematology at Hadassah University Hospital, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University. Dr. Lossos’ research focuses on lymphoma pathogenesis, molecular prognostic markers, and novel therapies. He has authored more than 365 publications and has received multiple awards, including the Celgene Young Investigator Award (2007) and the Sylvester Outstanding Cancer Research Award (2012). He is a national and International expert in lymphoma.
