Research Interests

Dr. Maura research activity is focused on the genomic mechanisms and driver events involved in the pathogenesis and progression of lymphoproliferative disorders. His main focus has been on multiple myeloma and its precursors. The other area of interest is the understanding of the key mechanisms involved in cancer resistance to novel drugs, including immunotherapy.;
