Dr Elizabeth Greig is currently an Assistant Professor of General Internal Medicine at the University of Miami and runs UHealth's primary care clinic at Fisher Island, as well as being the Co-Director of the University of Miami Global Institute for Community Health and Development, focusing on Global Health, Disaster Response and developing resilient healthcare. She holds a bachelor’s from the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at New York Presbyterian- Cornell and holds a certificate in Community Preparedness and Disaster Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was previously on faculty. She runs the Interdisciplinary Professional Education curriculum in Disaster Management and Climate Change and teaches in the departments of Medicine, Public Health, and the International Administration program.
