Biography
Dr. Pereira is an Associate Professor of Medicine who joined the University of Miami in 2003 and became the Director for Clinical Operations for the Adult Stem Cell Transplant Program in 2016. She is the immediate past president of the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics Medical Staff and her clinical and research interests are centered on stem cell transplant and cellular therapy for Plasma Cell Disorders, Germ Cell Tumors and benign diseases. -

Cilta-cel OOS will demonstrate similar safety and efficacy to data from study #68284528MMY2001. Primary objective:To evaluate the efficacy of cilta-cel OOS based on overall response of partial response (PR) or better(overall response rate, ORR).Secondary objectives:1.To assess the safety of cilta-cel OOS.2.To further characterize the efficacy of cilta-cel OOS based on other endpoints.3.To determine whether replication competent lentivirus is present in participants that receive cilta-cel OOS.
