Dr. Pereira is an Associate Professor of Medicine who joined the University of Miami in 2003 and became the Director for Clinical Operations for the Adult Stem Cell Transplant Program in 2016. She is the immediate past president of the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics Medical Staff and her clinical and research interest are centered on stem cell transplant and cellular therapy for Plasma Cell Disorders, Germ Cell Tumors and benign diseases.
