Dr. Debbie Chung: Dr. Debbie Chung is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine . She is also the Training and Education Director for the T32 Postdoctoral Training Program at the Center for Translational Sleep and Circadian Sciences (TSCS) and the Executive Director of the PRIDE Summer Training Institute.
In her role, Dr. Chung coordinates all training-related activities, including organizing and connecting scholars with institutional experts in behavioral medicine to support their professional development. She believes that connecting people with resources and educational opportunities is essential to career growth, and she is deeply committed to promoting equity and access in research and training programs for underrepresented racial and ethnic minorities pursuing work in health disparities.
