Dr. Daniela Teijelo is an assistant professor of Neurology at the University of Miami. She received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency training in Neurology at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Teijelo went on to complete a fellowship in Neuro-ophthalmology at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. She is a board-certified Neurologist. Dr. Teijelo specializes in both general neurology and neuro-ophthalmology, diagnosing and treating various neurologic conditions in addition to optic nerve diseases. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the North- American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society.
