Dr. Christie Thomas is a board-certified Family Physician with a passion for holistic patient care. She began her medical journey at the University of Miami, earning her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience before spending a year in Chicago as a health educator. Dr. Thomas returned to the University of Miami for medical school as a National Health Service Corps scholar. Her diverse career spans various healthcare settings, and she currently serves as faculty for the Family Medicine residency program, where she teaches both residents and medical students. With a strong focus on nutrition and preventive medicine, Dr. Thomas is committed to helping patients achieve long-term health and wellness. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, hiking in national parks, running, and playing tennis.
