This is an expanded access protocol that will be conducted at sites qualified and approved to treat subjects with lisocabtagene maraleucel. Sometimes when lisocabtagene maraleucel is manufactured the drug does not pass all the testing results to be called lisocabtagene maraleucel. When this happens the drug is called nonconforming lisocabtagene maraleucel. The expanded access protocol will be used to allow subjects to receive nonconforming lisocabtagene maraleucel only if the potential benefit is better than the potential risk. This expanded access protocol is restricted to those subjects who were prescribed lisocabtagene maraleucel as part of their routine care.Subjects will first receive a lymphodepleting chemotherapy regimen and then be treated with nonconforming lisocabtagene maraleucel as the treatment plan.

The purpose of this clinical study is to determine if LYL797, the study drug, made up of a participants own immune cells that are genetically engineered, is safe at different doses and is able to kill tumor cells.
- Principal Investigator: Amer Beitinjaneh
- Study Phase: Phase I

The purpose of this study is to research the safety and effectiveness of increasing doses of CD4CAR T cell therapy. Researchers will evaluate up to 4 different dose levels of CD4CAR T cells. They will study what side effects occur with these dose levels and will evaluate how effective the dose levels are at treating cancer in the participants in this study.

The purpose of this study is to research the safety and effectiveness of CD4CAR T cell therapy in patients with relapsed or refractory (has not responded to treatment) CD4+ lymphoma or leukemia. Researchers will collect information about side effects that participants experience, and information related to how participants cancer responds to therapy. Researchers will study increasing doses to find the highest dose that does not result in unacceptable side effects.

High-dose chemotherapy followed by blood stem cell transplantation is administered to lymphoma patients with an intention to cure. However, high-dose chemotherapy simultaneously causes damage to healthy tissues that frequently result in severe complications that lead to hospitalization and can be life threatening. These severe complications involve the blood, immune, gastro-intestinal systems, and other vital organs. The purpose of this study is to determine if experimental therapy AB-205 (study drug) can prevent or reduce the occurrence and duration of the severe chemotherapy related complications when compared to placebo in patients with lymphoma undergoing treatment with high-dose chemotherapy and blood stem cell transplantation. All patients, whether treated with AB-205 or placebo, will receive standard preventive and supportive care therapies.

The primary objective of the Phase III portion of the trial is to compare GVHD-free survival (GFS) up to 24 months after hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) between the two GVHD prophylaxis regimens. An event for this time-to-event outcome is defined as Grade III-IV acute GVHD, chronic GVHD requiring systemic immune suppression, or death by any cause.
