I joined the division as a night intensivist in 2020 after completing training in Critical Care Medicine. I am a proud “Quadruple Cane,” having completed my undergraduate studies, medical school, residency and fellowship training here at the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital. I am board certified in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine and serve as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine. I enjoy the fast-paced nature of critical care and working in a variety of ICUs across all the hospitals in our division. My interests are in housestaff education, physiology of the critically ill patient, and management of mechanical ventilation. My goal is to provide top quality care to our patients and to promote interest in the field for the next generation of physicians. Outside of the hospital, I enjoy cheering on my Alma Mater in sporting events and enjoying many of the aspects of living in Miami.
