Erectile Dysfunction (ED) – Endovascular Treatment Program

The first step in diagnosing ED, would be to tart with a penile ultrasound. This will allow us to diagnose a venous cause, an arterial cause, or a mixed arterial and venous cause of ED.

For Venous Interventions, we do super selective catheterization of the dysfunctional vein, followed by:

  1. Selective foam sclerotherapy
  2. Selective glue embolization
  3. Rarely coil embolization

For Arterial Interventions, we do super selective catheterization and treatment of the iliac, pudendal, or penile arteries followed by:

  1. Simple balloon Angioplasty
  2. Drug coated balloon, drug eluting stent
  3. Atherectomy.
  4. Thrombectomy
  5. IVUS
