Make A Gift
In September 1999, the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Strokes (NINDS) established our Morris K. Udall Parkinson's Disease Research Center, one of only eleven such Centers of Excellence nationwide dedicated to identifying the genes that make a person susceptible to developing Parkinson’s disease. By understanding how these genes work, we hope to bring about more effective treatments and ultimately to prevent and cure Parkinson’s disease. Individuals, foundations, and corporations support our research in many ways and each contribution is deeply appreciated. Because of this support, we are able to continue our search for ways to fight this debilitating disease.
