Submit Your Name for Sylvester’s New Supportive Oncology Services by October 21

Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center/UMHC is still accepting name suggestions for its new supportive oncology services program, which provides patients and their loved ones a range of support and complementary care services by calling one number – 305-243-4129.

The naming contest for the centralized program that brings together all aspects of psychosocial oncology, including integrative medicine to offer stress-reducing holistic measures; palliative care to improve the quality of life during all stages of cancer treatment; pain management to alleviate physical discomfort; and cancer rehabilitation to deal with the physical and social changes that cancer brings, will conclude on Friday, October 21 at 5 p.m. So send your name suggestions to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and include “supportive oncology” in the subject line. Individuals may submit multiple suggestions, and the winning entrant will receive a wellness prize package.
