SciVal Experts Class
For an overview of SciVal Experts, a powerful tool that allows researchers to pinpoint UM biomedical faculty by their specialty area, attend a class on Friday, August 10, from 1:30 to 2 p.m. at Calder Memorial Library, third-floor electronic classroom.
Instead of searching multiple department websites for faculty information, SciVal Experts provides a one-stop resource to locate potential multidisciplinary team members, collaborators or mentors at the University. SciVal Experts draws upon UM faculty publications from PubMed (over the past 20 years) and NIH-funded research projects from NIH RePORTER to automatically create and update dynamic faculty profiles.
