Annual Performance Evaluations Are Underway

The annual performance evaluation cycle began on February 1 and will run through April 27. All employees must be evaluated during this period and supervisors should submit the completed evaluations directly to their Human Resources representative no later than April 30.

The performance evaluation forms for 2012 have not changed from last year. All Miller School employees (exempt and non-exempt) must be evaluated using one of the three performance evaluation templates available on the Medical Human Resources website. Managers should be evaluated on one of the leadership forms, which include leadership competencies. For leaders who are participating in UCare/LEM, the evaluation process will not begin until after the start of the new fiscal year. For this group of leaders, no evaluation is due at this time.

Employees of the University of Miami Specialty Hospitals (UMHC and ABLEH) will continue to use Halogen’s on-line e-Appraisal system. This system also opened on February 1, 2012.
