UHealth Offering High-End Imaging Services to UM Employees
UHealth–University of Miami Health System and the Department of Radiology provide high-end diagnostic imaging tests, such as MRI, PET scans and CT scans, to UM employees and their families. With some exceptions, if you are covered under the UM/Aetna medical plan and need high-end imaging services, those tests will only be covered at UHealth Imaging Centers.
Imaging centers are staffed by experienced, state-certified technologists and highly-skilled physicians who are nationally recognized for clinical care. To make an appointment call UHealth Connect, our employee-dedicated appointment line, at 305-243-CARE (2273), option 3.
