Surviving a Breakup
Overcoming the breakup of a relationship can be among the more challenging experiences and potentially the most emotionally painful process we encounter in our lives. Commonly felt emotions include anger, sadness, denial and/or anxiety. All of these are normal reactions to difficult situations. However, this type of loss is unique and may compound the intensity or convolute the true source of such feelings. Join us to discover practical strategies for helping anyone (yourself or someone you love) who is moving through such a challenging period, and review holistic approaches that address four core areas (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) on the road to recovery.
