2015 Staff Performance Appraisal Period Now Open
The University of Miami’s 2015 staff performance review period is now open for all campuses, including the University of Miami Hospital. Annual staff performance reviews provide supervisors with the ideal opportunity to set SMART (Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely), developmental, and training goals, clarify job responsibilities, and review performance standards and expectations.
It is also important to remember that performance should relate directly to merit increase planning. As you begin the performance review process, please remember to reflect fully on the 2014 calendar year, focusing on key competencies and career objectives, while making note of strengths and opportunities.
