Eugene J. Sayfie, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.C.C.
Medical Director
Dr. Sayfie is Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Sayfie earned his medical degree at Washington University School of Medicine and completed residencies in internal medicine at the Harvard Medical School Services at Boston City Hospital and atthe University Hospital of Cleveland, followed by a cardiology fellowship at the latter institution. Board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease, he holds joint appointments in the Department of Medicine, Divisions of Executive Medicine and Picture Cardiology. A former chair of the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases at the Miami Heart Institute, Dr. Sayfie is a fellow of the American Colleges of Cardiology, Physicians, and Chest Physicians.
Judi Woolger-Kraft, M.D., F.A.C.P Medical Co-Director
Dr. Woogler-Kraft
is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Woolger-Kraft earned her medical degree at the University of Florida and completed her medical residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital. She holds joint appointments in the Departments of Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Psychiatry, and Surgery. Among her clinical interests are nutrition, cardiovascular disease and prevention, health maintenance, perioperative care, and women's health. Dr. Woolger is a contributing author to the recently published book Perioperative Medicine: Just the Facts. She is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and has been listed among the Best Doctors in America for six years in a row.
James M. Trice III, M.D.
Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine
Dr. Trice earned his medical degree at the University of Michigan School of Medicine, Ann Arbor, in 1992. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville, in 1995. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been awarded a University of Miami Department of Medicine Student Inpatient Teaching Award 2003-2006. Among his clinical interests are preventive medicine and wellness, perioperative medicine, and general internal medicine. He has been selected for inclusion in Best Doctors in America 2005-2008.
Lisa D. Grunebaum, M.D.
Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology
Dr. Grunebaum earned her baccalaureate in French Literature and Civilization from Haverford College and the Sorbonne Paris, France. She graduated magna cum laude from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she was also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society. She completed her training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and her fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The University of Miami.
Dr. Grunebaum specializes in minimally invasive and surgical approaches to facial rejuvenation, including browlift, facelift and volume replacement with autologous fat transfer as well as facial recontouring with Radiesse. Her specific interests also include rhinoplasty both cosmetic and functional. She has extensive training in revision (secondary) rhinoplasty.

Ramon Dominguez, MBA, HCMG
Ramon Dominguez graduated from Florida International University with the Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Mr. Dominguez subsequently earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Thomas University with a focus in healthcare management. He has owned and operated an assisted living facility and has over 13 years of experience is the hospitality and hotel industry working with Sheraton, Wyndham, Omni, Davidson and Westin hotels. Prior to joining the University of Miami, Mr. Dominguez was the Director of Operations for the Westin Colonnade Hotel in Coral Gables, Fl.
Madeline Gonzalez, MPA
Madeline Gonzalez has been in the sales, advertising and marketing industries for more than 8 years. She graduated with a Bachelors in Science from Florida International University and a Masters Degreee in Public Administration from Florida International University.
Prior to joining the University of Miami, she worked at Grove Isle Resort, where she was responsible for handling guest with reservations and special requests.
Sara Lewis, MS
Sara L. Lewis graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in management and marketing and earned a Master’s of Science in Mass Communication, specializing in advertising and public relations, both from Florida International University. She has over ten years of service-oriented experience in both the healthcare and hospitality industry. Ms. Lewis served as the Director of Catering at the Westin Colonnade Hotel in Coral Gables, Fl, before joining the University of Miami.
